What sizes do you have?

I can’t find my size – what shall I do?

If you can’t find your size on our website, please contact us with the size and colour you would like to order, and we will try our best to source this specially for you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

With all wishes being custom made to order, unfortunately we cannot offer refund or exchange. Be sure to check your size and colour choices before ordering. If you need any advice with this, you can find our size guide here or contact us before placing your order.

My item arrived damaged – what shall I do?

It’s not often, but sometimes postal services don’t take care of parcels – should your wish arrive damaged please get in contact with your name, order number and proof of damage so that we can resolve the issue.

  

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally! Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

How long will my item take to be shipped?

All wishes are made to order, this means that it may take a few days before you wish is ready to be shipped. We usually stick to a 1-2 weeks turnaround to create your wish. Then it will be packed and shipped within 2 days.

 

Payment

 What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments, these include; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer an express checkout option with PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! This is an electronic gift card, once purchased, it will be sent via email.

I haven’t received my e-gift card – what shall I do?

Your e-gift card should appear in your inbox within 24 hours of purchase. Check your junk folder….they may have lost their way and ended up in there. If after 24 hours you haven’t received it, please contact us with your name and order number.

Can I return a gift card?

Our gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Discount Codes

 My discount code didn’t work – what shall I do?

First, check you are entering the code correctly. Our codes are case sensitive so make sure you enter exactly how it appears. You will also need to check that the code is still in date. Some of our codes can be used once per customer, so if you’ve already used the code it won’t work a second time.

Also, check the terms & conditions of the code, there may be a minimum spend threshold or may not be valid on the product you are attempting to purchase.

If it’s still not working, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can advise you further.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No. You will only be able to use one promotional code per order.
